The hotel had amazing views as my room overlooked the river. The staff were super friendly and professional, always willing to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pineapple pancakes. Location was not far from central Ubud but far enough to be in a pretty green location. Easy transportation as taxis were cheap.
All good.

The stunning infinity pool and the clean rooms are two of the best aspects of this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff was always very helpful, creating a welcoming environment that made us feel right at home. the hotel was located in a convenient area, making it easy to access nearby attractions.
Although the free shuttle was a great service, it only runs once per day and makes getting around a bit inconvenient. the breakfast portions were a bit small and could have been better.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were super nice, professional, and friendly, making us feel warm and welcome throughout our visit. The breakfast was great, and the service was top-notch. We loved the floating breakfast experience and the opportunity to take beautiful pictures. Our room was incredibly comfortable, with a spacious bathroom that had both a shower and bathtub. We also appreciated the option to rent bikes at a reasonable price to explore the area easily.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are very nice. They have a great pool area and the breakfast is good too. It was very easy to rent scooters to go around the area. We also enjoyed the view from the hotel and the fact that it was very peaceful and relaxing.
We noticed some aspects that could have been improved, such as the bathroom floor getting wet and the communication with staff being a little difficult at times. the bar was not always staffed and the restaurant was a bit overpriced.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, beyond my expectations! The energetic staff made me feel so welcome and the spacious room was a steal for the price. The breakfast, while simple, was enough to satisfy my appetite. And let's not forget the mouth-watering dinner meals! Though I didn't have the chance to swim in the pool due to the rain, it looked like a paradise with its perfect temperature and tropical vibes. The location was convenient, just a short ride away from the town area. the lovely property, friendly staff, and fantastic pool made my stay unforgettable!

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Niks from reception who gave us great tips and arranged transportation. The balcony view was breathtaking, offering a stunning backdrop for a romantic escape. The breakfast was above average and included delicious local fruits and food.
The communication with the staff was a bit difficult, and it was better to use email to confirm details. The hotel's location was not ideal, as it was not close to the main attractions.
